 Hawkseye, the newest Gills Neck Road subdivision from LT Associates is nearing its sale date, according to developer Paul Townsend. 'We are excited about Hawkseye, and excited to continue the tradition of excellence we began at Wolfe Runne and Wolfe Pointe,' said Townsend. The lots, which range in size from 20,000 to 42,000 square feet in Hawkseye and from 52,000 to 102,000 square feet in the 10-lot Hawk's Nest addition, are set to be priced in the next 30 days.
Special features for the subdivision include Bookhammer's Pond, an approximately 5-acre natural pond in the middle of Hawkseye; wooded nd cleared lots; and the Junction and Breakwater Trail. The trail, upon its completion, will connect Lewes and Rehoboth Beach along a path that includes Wolfe Glade, the Holland Glade and some of the area's most beautiful vistas. 'Imagine waking up in Hawkseye and riding a bike into Rehoboth for breakfast!
